My first shot on a road shader that lets you configure lanes, stripes and the look of the asphalt.
·variable number of lanes
·skidmark and turbulence layers
·pebbel and spot detail layers
·bump for close ups
·control weathering the paint of the stripes
·reflection map for wet look
weathering paint test, download: .rib and .sdl:
a simple reflection mapped soap bubble.
There is a gamma control for env map now.
To compile you need to add noises.h from http://www.larrygritz.com/arman/materials.htm or http://smartcg.com/tech/cg/books/RfB/download/contents/Ch08_Shading/Fig_8.1/noises.h
